For items purchased at full price, if you would like to swap or return any pieces from your order, please email us at support@flockskahlinc.com within 10 days of receiving your shipment. Please let us know which items you are returning.
Self-Shipping: You may return items on your own to the address listed below.
Prepaid Label: We can provide a printable USPS return label; however, a $10 fee will be deducted from your total refund.
SALE POLICY (FINAL SALE)
Any item purchased at 20% or more off the original price is considered FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
PRE-ORDERS
Any item purchased on pre-order is considered FINAL SALE. Because these pieces are produced specifically to order, they are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Schedule: Orders are shipped Monday through Friday.
Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed by 12:00 PM PST will typically ship out the same day.
Processing Time: Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed as soon as possible. During peak seasons and holidays, please allow up to 5 business days for packing and shipment.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Any order shipped internationally must be returned at the buyer's expense. International buyers are responsible for all shipping costs, return costs, customs fees, and duties applied to the order.
CONDITION & GUIDELINES
We want you to love your Flockskahl INC garments. You have 10 days to try on your purchases.
Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition (unwashed and unaltered).
Inspection: We inspect all returned items for signs of wear and reserve the right to deny a refund for anything that is not in new, unworn condition.
Deadlines: Returns/exchanges must be postmarked within 5 days of receiving a return label (if provided by us). If you are shipping on your own, the return must be postmarked within 5 days of your initial return request.
PROCESSING TIME
Please allow up to 21 business days from the time you mail your package for your return or exchange to be processed. We will notify you via email once your refund or swap has been completed.
